Joshua Thorson

Joshua Thorson

Ensemble / Crow / Winkie / Flying Monkey

Joshua is beginning his junior year as a cinematography student at George Fox University in Oregon. He loves to dabble in animation, visual effects, and sound design. He’s been in 25+ plays and musicals, but this is his first time working with Hartford Players. One day, he walked into rehearsal and was told “you’re a Winky now.” He doesn’t know what that means, but is performing as a Winky as well as a Crow. When he’s not flying around the stage, he is likely found creating (low quality) games for his friends and family to play, or collecting confusing and wacky instruments, which he somehow manages to play real songs with. His favorites are the otamatone and the slide whistle.
