Jessica is excited to be back on stage for the first time since high school for her debut Hartford Players production! Some of her previous roles have been in The Wizard of Oz (Glinda), Bye Bye Birdie (Ensemble), and The Sound of Music (Maria). When not singing and dancing, she is an English teacher at Erin Elementary and enjoys spending time with her family (especially her 11 month old son!), her friends, and all of her fur babies. She hopes you have a magical experience at the show and wants to give a special thank you to her parents and friends for babysitting while she rehearsed, and to her husband, Adam, for always supporting her passions!

This is Cicely’s second production with the Hartford Players and she is super excited to be working with them again. She has been participating in musicals since she was in 4th grade. She has also been dancing for 8 years. Cicely will be attending UW- Stout in the fall to study Hotel Management. She would love to thank all the amazing people she worked with throughout the production.

This is William’s first year performing at Hartford, and also his first time appearing in a full on musical! William has a little experience working with microphones on various smaller productions at community theaters, including his school, and also had his time of acting, with Clue(Senator McCarthy), and Peter and the StarCatcher(BlackStache). But this year he’s excited to be on an actual big stage performing. Though is parts may be small, William enjoys having the opportunity and experience that this show gives him, and is just here for some fun.

Sophie is very excited to be in the Hartford Players production of Cinderella. This is her second show with the Hartford players and will be a part of the ensemble. She was recently teen Fiona and a blind mouse Slinger High School’s Shrek and part of the ensemble for the Hartford Players production of The Wizard of Oz. She is so happy to be performing with an amazing cast and hopes you enjoy the show!

Claire is thrilled to be back on stage with the Players in Cinderella! Last seen on stage in the ensemble for 2021’s Something Rotten, some of her other favorite Player’s performances include The Little Mermaid (Flounder) and Guys and Dolls (ensemble). Off the stage, she is a graphic designer and set painter for the Players, most fond of her work for the stage floor in Mamma Mia and Hunchback of Notre Dame. Outside of the Schauer Center, she is working towards a career as a pediatrician and loves to run and hike. Thanks to family and friends for the love and support, she hopes you enjoy the show!

Jim is happy to bebehind the scenes with his wife Tanja as Stage Managers (Beauty and the Beast, The Little Mermaid, Wizard of Oz). He has previously performed on stage with the Hartford Players in Shrek, Fiddler on the Roof, You Can’t Take it With You, and Guys and Dolls. Thanks to this talented group of people who let him participate in this madness and to his wife and kids for their love and support.

Tanja has loved sharing the responsibility of Stage Manager with her husband Jim for many of the Hartford Players shows. Theater has been a family hobby. She has enjoyed being on stage, back stage, front of house, and in the seats for many productions. She is a mother of four, and grandmother to one with number two the way. Sit back and enjoy your own little corner of the theater.

Ariel is very excited for her first time playing with the Hartford Players. She has previous experience playing in pit orchestras with “Little Shop of Horrors” and “Shrek the Musical”, from her high school years, and has continued with band and other small music events at school. Ariel is going into her senior year of college at UWSP, where she is double majoring in dance and psychology, and minoring in music. Ariel wants to thank her family and friends for always encouraging her to pursue her passions.

Jacob Boyle (conductor) is thrilled to be leading the orchestra for Hartford Player’s production of Cinderella. A graduate of UW-Eau Claire with a B.A. in Music, Jacob furthered his studies in music education at UW-Milwaukee. His passion for music began with the bass clarinet, leading to extensive experience performing in wind bands, orchestras, as well as various musical theater productions.

Currently, Jacob is the elementary general music teacher at Rossman Elementary here in Hartford, where he has taught for the past eight years. He is excited to bring his love of music and experience as an educator to the Hartford Players. He has previously played for HP’s productions of The Wizard of Oz and Guys and Dolls.

When not in the classroom or on the podium, Jacob enjoys spending time with his husband Gary and their dog Marley, visiting family in Florida, and crocheting a lot. Like, a LOT.

This is Joanna’s second show with the Hartford Players. She was a part of the ensemble in The Wizard of Oz last year. Joanna began acting in high school, and she is pursuing a minor in musical theater while also in nursing school. She loves being involved in theater because it involves singing, acting, and dancing, three of her favorite things.

Hannah has been seen on the Hartford Players stage before in Hunchback of Notre Dame, and behind the scenes as the stage manager for I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change (ILYYPNC for short). Some of Hannah’s past roles include Snoopy in You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown, and Marmee in Le Menage’s Little Women. When not doing community theatre, Hannah can be found running a local school’s theatre department, playing make-believe with friends, and making very funny memes. Laura Clausing is very excited to join the Hartford Players for another exciting musical! This is her 6th musical with this wonderful group of performers. She has performed in over 30 different musicals all throughout SE Wisconsin for a variety of other theater groups as well, including Concordia University, Sunset Players, and Waukesha Civic. With a BFA in Music Education from UW-Milwaukee, she teaches private French Horn lessons, and free-lances with a variety of different ensembles (including the Kettle Moraine Symphony, the Milwaukee Choristers, and the Eastwinds Chamber Ensemble). Laura is a Mequon resident and is a stay-at-home mom to 4 kids. Enjoy the show!

Garrett is excited to be apart of the Cinderella crew. This is his second year being a part in theatre. Garrett has done two shows in the past, Clue working with sound effects and Peter and the StarCatcher working with the microphones. Brooke is delighted to return for her fourth year with the Hartford Players. She has performed in Something Rotten, Hunchback of Notre Dame, Wizard of Oz, Newsies, Murder at the Banquet, Do Not Go Gentle, and many more. Brooke is currently studying interior architecture at Mount Mary University. When she’s not on stage, you’ll be able to find her working at A1 Pools, or most likely watching Glee. This is Emily’s second Hartford Players production, and she is excited to return to the stage after playing Aunt Em in last summer’s show, “The Wizard of Oz!” She thanks her husband for handling the many rehearsal nights of bedtime with their 5 kids on his own; without his support she wouldn’t be here! When she’s offstage, she sings at her church and with Chant Claire choir in Milwaukee, homeschools her kids, loves cooking tasty food, and plays board games with friends.
Ryan Erdmann

Ryan Erdmann is a professional electric bassist, double bass player, and dynamic music educator who teaches 5th and 6th grade orchestra in West Bend, Wisconsin. He has multiple years of experience teaching applied instrument lessons on guitar, bass, drums, and orchestral strings. Outside of education, he performs a variety of musical genres, ranging from classical, to jazz, and to different styles of rock music. Performance highlights include events with the Fox Valley Symphony Orchestra, Murphy’s Law, and an album credit on Michael Murphy’s debut album, Indigo Jones. In the past, Ryan performed in a production of Cinderella as a drum-set player. This year, he is excited to do so again on his primary instrument. Outside of music, Ryan enjoys Wisconsin sports, especially football and baseball.

Victoria is a semi professional percussionist from the Fond du Lac area. This is her first time performing with The Hartford Players and is excited to showcase this version of Cinderella. When she is not playing music she is at the Hartford Airport teaching flight lessons. She is a certified flight instructor and is passionate about flying and teaching others about aviation. She also enjoys traveling, hiking, and hanging out with her pup, Nova!

This is Deanna’s first production here at Hartford Players, and she could not be more excited! Deanna has always loved performing since she was a little girl, and her biggest passion is for dance. She has been dancing for 15 years, and will be attending the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee in the fall to study dance. Deanna has thoroughly enjoyed her experience in Cinderella, and hopes to be a part of Hartford Players future productions!

Lauren is excited to return to the stage for her third show with the Hartford Players. She has had lots of fun ballroom dancing for the show, and spending time doing something she loves. By day, Lauren stays home with her two babies, Sloane and Beau. She’s grateful for the support and encouragement of her husband to go out and do something for herself, and the Hartford Players for welcoming her into their theater family.

This is MacKenzie’s 3rd production with Hartford Players. You may have previously seen her on the Schauer stage in the Something Rotten ensemble or as Ecclesia in Hunchback of Notre Dam. You may have also seen her in Musical Masquers production of Addams Family this past fall. MacKenzie is unbelievably excited to be taking on the fun and zany role of Charlotte in addition to her off stage role of being the production assistant for this amazing show. MacKenzie thanks the audience for coming to see this labor of love, her family for their support, and her friends in the cast and production staff. Juliana is thrilled to be returning to the stage as a performer after 18 years. She hasn’t been far from the stage as she has been the musical director of Curtain Call Theatre Troupe at Central Middle School here in Hartford, during that time. When she isn’t on stage, Juliana thoroughly enjoys teaching music and choir at Central and in the fall coaching for the Girls Tennis Team at Hartford Union High School. Juliana is delighted that she gets to be a cast member of Cinderella along with her beautiful daughter, Sophia, and would like to thank her family for their love and support!

Sophia is thrilled to return to the stage for the Hartford Players. Last year she was a munchkin in The Wizard of Oz. You may have seen her this past spring in Curtain Call Theatre Troupe’s Mary Poppins Jr (The Bird Lady). Past shows she has been in are Moana Jr. and Frozen Jr. When she isn’t on stage for Oz, she enjoys Irish dancing with the Schauer Center, playing bass, and taking voice lessons. She likes playing Roblox, Minecraft, and other games with family and friends and gets very competitive playing badminton.. She also enjoys good conversation, action-filled books, and comedy.

When Emily is not on stage, she loves teaching children at the UWM Children’s Learning Center, traveling, and spending time with her dog, Piper. Emily would like to thank her fiancé, Connor, who has always supported her love of performing.

When not on stage, Joelle is a high school English teacher who loves spending time with her friends and family. Adam is absolutely thrilled to be directing the Hartford Players production of Cinderella. This is his directing debut in Hartford, and sixth show he has directed overall, with Peter and the Starcatcher being most recent. Adam is a longtime member of the Hartford Players, having first appeared in a show with the group in 2015. Some of his favorite performances with the Players include Beauty and the Beast (LeFou), The Little Mermaid (Scuttle), and The Wizard of Oz (Scarecrow). He has also served on the Hartford Players Board of Directors since 2021. When not here in Hartford, Adam is a high school social studies teacher at Randolph High School. He would like to thank all of the people who have supported him throughout this process, especially his family. Enjoy Cinderella!

Megan is an award-winning choreographer who has been with the Hartford Players since 2016. She also serves on the Hartford Players Board of Directors. Ben is thrilled to be making his return to the Hartford Players this summer as Lord Pinkleton. He was last seen with Hartford Players in The Hunchback of Notre Dame as the statue of St. Stephen. Mindara is excited to be performing her first production with the Hartford Players! Originally from Neenah, WI, she can now be found scurrying around the Milwaukee area and teaching orchestra at the West Bend High Schools. Mindara has had the privilege of playing many productions with different groups in the past, with some of her favorite shows being Pippin (Violin, Lawrence University Theater Department), 42nd Street (Drumset, Shorewood High School Players), and Spamalot (Violin, Neenah High School Players). When she is not with her violin (Westley), she can be found whipping up something delicious in the kitchen, playing games with her boyfriend (Ryan), or at a coffee shop with her younger brother (Kalyan). A million thanks to the music colleagues that Mindara has met over the past year that lead her to the start of some beautiful friendships and being a part of this production. Please enjoy the show!

Brianna is very excited to be performing in Cinderella, yet again, with the Hartford Players! Cinderella was her very first show with The Hartford Players all the way back in 2004! She has since performed in Godspell and Wizard of Oz twice with the Hartford Players. Outside of theater, Brianna enjoys spending time with her daughter as her Girl Scout troop leader. Brianna also appreciates a good mid-day nap and camping with her family. Brianna wishes to thank her husband and daughter for putting up with her shenanigans and supporting her as she returns to the stage for another summer.

Based out of Beaver Dam, WI, Cody is thrilled to be back with Hartford Players. Cody got his BA in theatre from UW-Platteville with a focus in both musical performance and costume design and has been involved with over 100 different shows both on and off stage. Some of Cody’s favorite credits include: Robin/Bard Boy in Something Rotten (Hartford players), Rocky in Rocky Horror (FDLCT), Kurt Kelly in Heathers (Outskirts Co.) and Charlie Brown in You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown (BDACT). In the fall, he will be directing People, Places, and Things for Imapct Theatre Co. in Fond du Lac, Wi. He hopes you enjoy watching this show as much as he did rehearsing it!

Dr. Matthew Makeever is the Concert Manager and Librarian for the Bozeman Symphony, the Orchestra Manager for Opera Montana, and Guest Conductor for Second String Orchestra, Bozeman. He earned his Doctorate in Orchestral Conducting from the University of Utah in 2022. Though he lives in Montana, Matthew splits his time between Bozeman and Milwaukee. This is Matthew’s 4th summer show with the Hartford Players.

Lori is excited to be back costuming for the Hartford Players production of Cinderella. Other Hartford Players productions Lori has costumed designed for are Shrek, Beauty and the Beast, Little Mermaid, Mamma Mia, and Hunchback of Notre Dame. She is also involved in local community theater with Falls Patio Players, West Bend Theater Company, Fond du Lac Community Theater, and the Rising Stars program here at the Schauer. Lori is also a long time costume designer for Slinger Middle and High School. Special thanks to her family – Tom, Jennifer, and Tyler who support her in this crazy hobby! Also thank you to the cast and crew of this wonderful production of Cinderella. You have all made this an easier process with all the help and kind words throughout the pre-production weeks. You may recognize him from shows such as Musical Masqers’ production of The Addams Family Musical playing Mal Beineke; in Pride and Prejudice with the Fall’s Patio Players as Mr. Bingley; and most recently as Bernard in Death of a Salesman at the Kettle Moraine Playhouse. Savannah is delighted to be part of Cinderella! She’s excited to return to the Hartford Players after previously appearing in The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Savannah is a law student at the University of Michigan and is enjoying being back in Wisconsin for the summer. She thanks the cast and production team for their friendship and dedication to this show, and her family for their support!

Tristan is humbled to perform as Sebastian in his first show with the Hartford Players. He would like to thank everyone who helped make this show a success, including the audience for their support. Tristan is a student at the University of Wisconsin – Madison, and he enjoys playing board games with friends, waterskiing with his grandparents, and finding new things to learn.

This is Layla’s second show with the Hartford players, participating in Wizard of Oz last year(munchkin). Welcome to the performance of Cinderella! This is Lilly’s first musical with Hartford Players. She is very excited to be continuing her acting career by performing in the musical. Lilly was intrigued to be in the performance of Cinderella because it would be a different environment with older and more experienced actors. As this is Lilly’s first musical with Hartford Players, she has done 3 other musicals with Central Middle School. These musicals include Annie Jr. (Sandy), Frozen Jr. (young Anna) and Mary Poppins Jr. (Mary Poppins). When Lilly is not in rehearsals she likes to sing, be with her friends and family, be outside, play board games and play sports. Including Lilly’s family, she would like to express gratitude and appreciation to all who help to prepare and perform this show. Thank you and enjoy the show!

This is Tessa’s second show with the Hartford Players and her first on the Schauer main stage. She has recently been seen in I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change, and the Addams Family. You may have seen Bailey recently in shows like Spotlight Productions Oliver (Nancy) or in the Hartford Players production of The Wizard of Oz (Ensemble). Bailey and the rest of the cast and crew have all worked extremely hard on this show and she hope that you enjoy it. When Bailey is not on stage acting you can find her curled up with a good book or hanging out with her family and friends. Bailey would also like to thank her family, friends and her husband Justin for supporting her love of theater. Bailey hopes that you enjoy the show and to remember anything is possible.

Jessica is extremely happy to be returning with the Hartford Players for this beautiful musical tale! She had a blast in their last production The Wizard of Oz(Wicked Witch.) Other credits include the Midwest Premiere of The Clockmaker’s Daughter(Moll), The Secret Garden(Ensemble), twice in A Christmas Carol(Mrs. Dilber), and three times as a storyteller for the Dodge County Historical Society’s Ghost Story Festival in Beaverdam. Jessica keeps herself otherwise busy as an Assistant Toddler Teacher at a Montessori school, directs her church choir, and lives on a dairy farm. No bio of hers would be complete without sending deep thanks to her family, friends, and ever-growing Theatre Family. She loves you all dearly! Romans 5:8

Therese is excited to once again be playing with the Hartford Players’ talented orchestra and cast in this beloved classic, Cinderella. Therese earned her music degree from Drake University, and early in her career was a band director in Iowa. She since went to law school, and has just retired after 38 years of practice. Therese has played with the Hartford players for many years and looks forward to many years to come. Now in her retirement, she also enjoys indulging in both art with her new love, pottery, as well having a little time to butcher the game of golf and travel with her husband.

Danny is 12 years old and lives here in Hartford with his family. This is his second production and he is very excited to perform. He has two younger siblings. His younger brother was in last year’s musical, The Wizard Oz, so this isn’t Danny’s first time being around the Players. In his spare time, he likes to read or play video games. Also, he loves to shoot bow and arrow and throw axes. Some other activities he does are playing instruments, piano or Saxophone, or crocheting. Danny goes to the Slinger Middle School where he performed in Beauty and the Beast this past year.

Kendall is thrilled to be a part of her first production with the Hartford Players! She has been involved with theater thru her high school in past years, and some of her favorite shows include The Spongebob Musical (Sandy Cheeks) & Charlotte’s Web (Fern). Kendall would like to thank her friends, family, and high school director Sarah Plamann for their support and encouraging her to audition! She hopes you love the show as much as she does!

Beni is a Preschool Teacher who lives in Fitchburg and teaches in McFarland. As well as teaching preschool they teach music lessons privately and through a studio in Madison as well. This is their third show with the Hartford Players and they are excited to come back!

Bryna is in her 9th year of performing, and this is her first show at Hartford! She can be typically found spending time with her friends, listening to music, reading, or with her dog, Eve. She enjoys good books, good food, and traveling. She has always loved performing and is so excited to branch out to a new theater this summer! She extends all of her thank you’s to her directors, past and present, her friends, and her family for endlessly supporting her endeavors.
